BUY - TRADE

PLEASE CALL AHEAD (444-RIDE) before bringing in your bike for possible purchase or trade. We won't do appraisals over the phone, only in person! Don't forget your I.D. or Driver's License, as we won't buy or trade any bike without one! Tell us what you're hoping to receive for your bike, and we'll go from there. It's kind of like a used car dealership; we're not going to pay you top dollar for your ride, but you'll walk out with a cheque in your hand. Consignment is also an option on bikes over $500. Asking price must be reasonable, or your bike may be refused.

DONATIONS

We will always accept bikes or bike parts in any condition . A portion of revenues generated from donations goes to the repair of children's bikes, which are distributed by IDEALBIKES free of charge, on the condition that the bike is returned when the child outgrows the bike. Every kid needs a bike! Donations may be made during business hours at our Barrington Street location. Help support small business, youth entrepreneurship, recycling and environmentally sustainable transportation!

VOLUNTEERS

We are always willing to accept volunteer help from individuals interested in learning about bicycles and helping small business grow. If interested come by and visit, or call for information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will gladly exchange any bicycle for another of equal value within one week of purchase and with presentation of receipt. Sorry, no cash refunds.

90-DAY WARRANTY

Warranty covers parts and labour. Does not cover abuse, misuse, over-riden suspension forks, flat tires, or bent wheels.
