Raleigh's Tripper keeps things as stripped down and simple as possible. The low-maintenance single-speed drivetrain and rear coaster brake mean an absolute minimum of maintenance, while maximizing super fun riding. Wide Clement tires and the smooth-riding chromoly frame and fork mean the Tripper may be the realest, most capable ride downtown. And the Raleigh seat, post, and stem are equally suited to the task.

Bike hits all marks for performance, durability, and comfort in a quick, simple bike. Tough and fast. Pros seem to respond well to it online, but I'm no pro and can only say: it's a no brainer choice for daily riders, works great for exercise, too. I ought to exercise with it more. No risk of overuse. It's a beast in a really unassuming package. Dave and other folks at B&L spent a LOT of time with me making me comfortable before purchase by going thru features on this and lots of other bikes, rec'ing specs and size, price-checking, calling around on a few details, etc. Haven't regretted purchase for a single day. Thanks again to Beth, Dave, and the whole crew down at the shop.
